Chicken Wingest and Drumest



Wings and drumsticks are a favorite appetizer and meal at many pubs. Made from the bottom portion of the wing and leg, these crispy appetizers are fantastic for parties and make a tasty snack. Many in North America deep-fry this portion of the chicken, but it’s possible to also barbecue or oven roast this part of the chicken to end up with spectacular, bite-sized dark meat that everyone can enjoy.


Oven Drumest:

Preheat your oven to 180°c and then spread the Drumest out on a pan, sprinkling them with salt and pepper. Allow them to cook for 30 minutes. Make up your own sauce or use your favorite barbecue sauce to coat these Drumest for flavor. After 30 minutes in the oven, turn oven up by 25° and pour your choice of sauce over each of the wings. Baste them every 15 minutes until they are coated with sauce.

Slow Cooker Wingest:

For the ultimate in easy Wingest and Drumest simply combine your favorite barbecue or Buffalo hot sauce with spices and garlic in a slow cooker with Wingest and Drumest. Leave the wings to cook for 6 to 8 hours and come back to super tender, spicy dark chicken.
