Eugenio became part of the Campisi team just over four years ago. Eugenio is in his 4th year as an apprentice. He is in charge of Meat Retailing and Processing, which includes customer service, taking orders, butchery, preparing cuts of meat, sausage and small good production and general maintenance. In addition, he was put in charge of Sausage Production, which means he is in full control of ordering materials and production quantities, and maintaining the quality of each sausage produced. Eugenio has also had experience in working in other areas of the business such as public relations, advertising and outside award events. He also assists in obtaining new clientele amongst restaurants and delicatessen by visiting the establishments, sampling our products and talking to potential customers.
